I felt he really took the time and listened to be able to fully understand my tricky adolescent dog and tailor advice and actions to us both rather than handing out standard advice I could find online. Steve changed our lives!! Our 4 yeah old Border Collie rescue started displaying sever reactivity and resource guarding. We tried other trainers that recommended drugs, harmful training techniques and even having him PTS. Steve came in and instantly took control of the situation, he was calm, kind and we were stunned at how quickly our dog responded to the training. He was always available on the phone if we had extra questions or needed clarification. After several sessions, Steve even told us to carry on the the training he gave us and only book more sessions if we felt like we needed them (while telling us he’s always available for us if we need him). If we were making great progress in a session and our hour was up, Steve would carry on with the session and did not charge any addition fee (he was just excited by the progress). Two years on and our dog’s behaviour is unrecognisable, we have our lives back and one of the best behaved dogs in our area! Steve came to visit again recently for a catch up and was very pleased with his progress, saying he was like a different dog! Steve gave us our lives back and saved the life of our dog!! We are grateful for him everyday and I really cannot recommend him enough. This man is in it for the dogs. He is also great at training people to understand their dog’s behaviour and how to build a lasting relationship. He’s a great guy and you will never regret using his services. I recommend Steve to everyone with a dog, whether it’s for basic training, or more sever cases like mine. Thank you so so so much, Steve, we are forever in your debt!!

UPDATE: Four years after we used Stephen's services, Loki is travelling the world with us and comes into restaurants, noisy pubs, beaches, parks, trains, boats, spends hours a day in the car and we can freely have visitors in the house and have people stay over. To reiterate, this was only ever three visits from Steve, he gave us the tools to progress on our own, but is always there if we need him.

We had it on the past and we are still having the best hep with our Pacho, 8yrs old American Bulldog and i will always be thankful for that. OUTSTANDING !!! STEVE BY FAR THE BEST IN THE GAME Me and my partner have 2 cane corsos but our problem was with our 2 year old boy who was aggressive to anyone even family members we lived with , Steve was very understanding and took time to listen to what we had to say , by the 3rd lesson kobi was a totally different dog was the loving caring and soppy dog we all knew and was back to himself now we are a much happy house hold and can go to parks and walk kobi around dogs now it’s got to the point where I can’t wait to see other dogs when walking mine cause I want to face it and put everything kobi and myself have learned of Steve and honestly from the bottom of my heart can not thank this man enough !!! Steve came highly recommended to me after a bad experience with another trainer, it was the best recommendation ever! I became very nervous walking our American bulldog, he’s a powerful strong dog, with a a very sweet personality & loving nature. Unfortunately another dog trainer/walker had given me very bad advice and actually scared me into being unsure of our my dog’s behaviour. 😮 After Steve working with my dog to assess him and then us working together with him, I’ve become confident once again with my dog and my ability to enjoy our walks together. Thanks to Steve I’m loving my time with my wonderful dog again and understand he is not a reactive dog. I need to still put work in but don’t feel overwhelmed with training anymore as Steve made it enjoyable, “small steps” I can hear him say.
